Education Grant in Dhargalim takes center stage in Phase – 1~
Forca Goa Foundation (FGF) is a grassroots football not-for-profit. Has announced plans to extend its CSR purview to include a giant Education Grant in 2022. This grant will ensure the Foundation’s continuous, sustainable commitment. To Goan education in the years to come. This year’s plans include the construction of a medical center. And a senior community center in the Dhargalim VP region.
The inaugural event of the Forca Goa Foundation took held on April 19, 2022, at Govt. High School Dadachiwadi in Dhargal. Dr. Pramod Sawant, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, has presided over it. Mr. Pravin Arlekar, Pernem MLA, and Mr. Pradeep Naik, Dhargalim Sarpanch
In Dhargalim, phase one of the plans would affect 8 schools and over 2000 pupils. Schools have installed smart rooms with projectors, computers, printers, and sound systems. Educational aids include book cupboards, multi-purpose racks, chalkboards, and storybooks. Sports kits comprise volleyball, cricket, and football. And badminton gear, FC Goa jerseys, chess sets, and skipping ropes.
GHS Dadachiwadi will construct a 126.9 square meter multipurpose hall from the ground up. Dhargalim can seat 250 children and ease functions, and events. And practices for all its students and those of GPS, Dadachiwadi, and Dhargalim.
FGF plans to construct an equipped gymnasium in 2022. A medical center, and a senior recreation space in the same region.
